IPRA June Data Dump Summary With Accused Officer Names

• Context: This table is like the IPRA Case Portal, except it includes officer names to further police accountability.
• Data source: https://github.com/DGalt/shootings-data/blob/dev/summary_ipra.csv. (<= More data here, this table displays selected columns only.)
• Ambiguous rows: Several rows of officer names did not match cleanly and had to be matched by hand, see data/AMBIGUOUS.md.
